These terms apply to Declarix pilots, trials, and subscriptions.

Pilot & trial

A pilot or trial is temporary, may include feature limitations, and is intended for evaluation.

Paid subscriptions start after quote acceptance or online activation. Pricing and included usage are communicated upfront.

Cancellation can be requested via email with the agreed notice period.

You are responsible for lawful use, correct source data, and access management within your organization.

Declarix is not liable for indirect damages. Direct liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Support is provided through email and in-app channels during business hours unless agreed otherwise.
